**Sometimes support issues require a live phone call with web meeting. These web meetings are charged at a rate of 2 credits, but include all email communications and phone charges, as well.
Support is via email Mon-Fri, however we often answer on weekends, as well. Allow 24 hours for support replies, although typically we answer much sooner.
